Selling People Dynamics services to new customers in assigned GCC markets. The role holder carries revenue targets and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding them year on year. They will manage relationships with their clients, serve as the single point of contact between clients and delivery team and perform all tasks related to administering their accounts.
• Meeting revenue targets with reasonable gross margins
• Bringing in new client logo
• Managing entire sales lifecycle
• Account Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or related field
• Candidates should show evidence of continued education/ training in Sales will be preferred.
Previous Work Experience
• 5+ years of total experience in B2B sales
• Preference will be given for candidates who have sold HR Services with specific focus on recruitment and contracting services
• Candidates who have sold other professional services will also be considered
• Should show a successful track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience in GCC markets is highly preferred.
